Can't we all just share the bus?

Taking public transit in this city is most certainly taking its toll on my usually nice personality. Let me begin with the two lovely, obnoxious, obese ladies I encountered yesterday who in fact had no respect for the fact that other people have to ride the bus with their big butts!
Everything was going fine on the bus, I actually was able to grab a seat a couple of stops after I got on because it was less crowded than usual which was amazing. After about 15 minutes of being on the bus these two ladies got on with their HUGE bags from TJ Maxx, over obnoxious voices and over McDonald'ed' butts.
First of all they were talking so loud, it was annoying, I even had my ipod on and I could hear them, so I turned it off to drown out their annoying conversation.
When I came time for me to get off the bus along with a few other passengers well, that's when the real trouble began. One girl indicated to the ladies that she needed to get out of the backdoor, but their stomachs and butts were so huge the girl could not get through [i'm so serious, it's almost sad]. The ladies did not move, i'm pretty it was because they were too fucking lazy, but i'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say their obscenely large size handicapped them from making the move in a timely fashion. When the girl walked away one of the ladies said "ya, they can all just go out the front door!"
I couldn't believe my ears, you fat bitch! Seriously, I do not mean to be so mean, but really YOUR health problem is impeding on my life, I do not care how fat you are and I really do not mind obese people, but when your fatness troubles my everyday routine, I have a little bit of an issue with that. I gave the lady the death look and shook my head at her [long enough so she could see my obvious anger]. I wasn't about to try and shimmy through these bitches as I have previously done on the bus because i'm sure after the extremely evil eye I gave them they were going to try and eat me.

Marzo 13th! Dear Amanda... && Megan

Today has been such a great day! I got a new lamp for my desk, I mean WOW! Overwhelming! I'm so overwhelmed i've become dehydrated... or is that just because I don't drink enough wawa?

Dear Amanda

Please drink more wawa.
Love,

Your Body

I'm sure it's the lack of wawa. [oh and I say wawa now.]

Another thing! My friend Megan is volunteering in Africa, which I think is absolutely GREAT! She's pretty much saving the world! She teaches kids about safe sex, AIDS and other important health-related things. I just wanted to say how proud I am of her and that I wish her all the best of luck in Africa!

Nada, Nada

This week I finished reading the novel "Nada" by Carmen Laforet. Which was an absolutely amazing book. It is about a girl that moves to Barcelona post-civil war to study at the university. The girl, who's name is Andrea has to live with her very strange family, it's a story about her trials and tribulations in a year spent with them. It's such a good book, I don't want to tell anymore about it, you should just read it for yourself!
I love books so much, sometimes more than people. You can read a book and make whatever feels right out of it. It's your mind you think anything about the story, the characters and the setting. You imagine it however you want. When I read, I feel connected to the characters, it's as if they are living for you in a book, doing things that you couldn't do or have yet to do, they give ideas and inspire.
Anywho, i'm done being inspired.
Since moving to Boston i've been taking public transportation. At certain times during the day it's very crowded people are in my personal bubble and invading my space. It's all a really lovely forced bonding experience with my fellow man. I use all my scenes when riding home with these people and have gotten some really great experiences out of all of this. So far on public transit i've seen old ladies blaring music into their headphones in attempts to seems "hip" [while bobbing their head waaayyyyy too much], various people who seems to carry full garbage bags with them everywhere they go, i've encountered people who stare way to much or men that stare at you until you look up and then they smile and it's like.. really just creepy in no way am I interested in your creepy attempt to get my attention, instead of initiating a conversation i'm preparing to initiate my self-dense plan. In the last week, I have been sat on by an EXTREMELY OBESE blind man, which in this case i'm not sure who was more traumatized by the situation. This man turned out to be crazy as well, talking to people about their days, even asking them what they would want for dinner if he was paying! He even began instructing passengers to move to the back of the bus and to give the driver their space, as if he was an actual employee of the MBTA! Yesterday I was encountered by another strange human, who was very small, not a midget just really awkwardly small... he sat in front of me on the bus and started telling me how he was so tired and needs to get up really early for work. Really.. I don't care. It turns out he thought I did! What a silly man, usually when someone makes an awkward smile and looks out the window it means they don't want to talk to you! He continued to tell me his life story and about his wife [no ring on his wedding finger by the way! HA!] he also thought he'd fill me in on a really big secret... i'm talking TOP secret, CIA kind of stuff. Are you ready?? He told me... I could get great deals on airline tickets from JetBlue! WOW! AMAZING! My life has been changed forever. I thought for sure he was going to give me the cure for cancer or tell me where Osama Bin Laden has been hiding, really get out of my face! To top it all off, he spit when he talked, so I got a free shower on the bus today, I guess that's included in my monthly link card.
