Taking public transit in this city is most certainly taking its toll on my usually nice personality. Let me begin with the two lovely, obnoxious, obese ladies I encountered yesterday who in fact had no respect for the fact that other people have to ride the bus with their big butts!
Everything was going fine on the bus, I actually was able to grab a seat a couple of stops after I got on because it was less crowded than usual which was amazing. After about 15 minutes of being on the bus these two ladies got on with their HUGE bags from TJ Maxx, over obnoxious voices and over McDonald'ed' butts.
First of all they were talking so loud, it was annoying, I even had my ipod on and I could hear them, so I turned it off to drown out their annoying conversation.
When I came time for me to get off the bus along with a few other passengers well, that's when the real trouble began. One girl indicated to the ladies that she needed to get out of the backdoor, but their stomachs and butts were so huge the girl could not get through [i'm so serious, it's almost sad]. The ladies did not move, i'm pretty it was because they were too fucking lazy, but i'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say their obscenely large size handicapped them from making the move in a timely fashion. When the girl walked away one of the ladies said "ya, they can all just go out the front door!"
I couldn't believe my ears, you fat bitch! Seriously, I do not mean to be so mean, but really YOUR health problem is impeding on my life, I do not care how fat you are and I really do not mind obese people, but when your fatness troubles my everyday routine, I have a little bit of an issue with that. I gave the lady the death look and shook my head at her [long enough so she could see my obvious anger]. I wasn't about to try and shimmy through these bitches as I have previously done on the bus because i'm sure after the extremely evil eye I gave them they were going to try and eat me.

I recently had to deal with something similar to this while flying. I walked onto the plane towards my assigned seat (I was supposed to be by the window) and there was a huge boy about my age (I'm 22) sitting in the middle seat next to mine. When I pointed to him that the window seat was mine, he asked if he could sit there. In order to avoid having to climb over top of him, I agreed. When I sat in the middle seat next to him, I only had about 2/3rds of my actual seat available to me. He was spilling over into mine. I was absolutely squashed and it was inevitable that my hips were right up against his for the entire flight. It was awful. I did not complain while on the plane because I didn't want to embarrass the guy, but I did send a letter to the airline suggesting they have alternative options for larger people who take up more than one seat.... they airline sent me a $50 voucher.
By the way, I think your blog is great and if you'd like to do a link exchange, let me know.
